Positive reviews:
“We had our solar panels and back up power/battery put in and have been very happy with the service and efficiency of the system. Jayna came out and did a very thorough explanation of what to expect from our system along with excellent information as how to effectively use the app to maximize savings on our power bill. We are able to see that we are using very little power on the grid. The system is doing just what we had hoped for. Thank you Myrtle Beach Solar and thank you Jayna!” – Lyn H. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 21, 2025
Negative reviews:
“Terrible service! There connections that were not made. Weeks for that to be addressed. My battery has not worked in three months. It only worked for the first month. Costing me money every day. I don’t know how they are still in business. DO NOT USE THEM!!” – Ed C. ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 1, 2025
“so far, hasn’t worked but 1 day, 34k paid, installer always making excuses, by message, not mature enough to speak to us in person, search elsewhere! Thinking about a refund!!” – David C. ⭐☆☆☆☆ April 9, 2025
Positive reviews:
“Amazing company. Broker Solar went above and beyond to get our solar system back on line. Ken was exceptional at dealing with SolarEdge and getting us through all the run around. If you go solar definitely choose Broker Solar they are definitely light years ahead of any other company!! Thank you Ken and your crew, I wish I could give you 10 stars.” – Tim Ladd ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 2026
“Broker Solar serviced my Enphase solar system very well. They detected a bad communication board, and replaced it swiftly. They were very knowledgable about Enphase monitoring throughout the process, making sure my system reconnected correctly and that all microinverters were providing data again. Their engineer properly discussed the problem, led me through the procedures that they did and checked system functioning before they left. Their professionalism, technical knowledge and speed impressed me very much. I would strongly suggest Broker Solar for any one wanting dependable solar maintenance or problem shooting.” – Indigo Montoya ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2025
Negative reviews:
“Most unprofessional service i have ever had. Been waiting since March with little communication only when i reach out to him. Then people just show up at my door saying they are here to install, had to cancel my appointment so they could. The owner text and asked is some other people could come out and in my attic fan. I ask when and he has yet to respond. The people have not shown back up to finish putting in the solar and of course i am getting no response from the owner. At this point i want this thing gone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KEN.” – Samuel James ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023
