“As Tyler showed in his response, is that he refused to compensate for damages in spite of his warranty. He did not reimburse me for the $20 K in repairs and corrections that I had to pay for to stop the leaks.. I am not sure how that is rectifying the problem. The court documents just show the amount of lawyer tricks they pulled to prevent a trial to determine damages. All his lawyers did was prevent us from having a real trial ,as the first judge in small claims court did not even know what is ice shield and recommended a higher court which they succeeded in preventing. Looking at the pictures it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the leaks were caused by the holes they drilled in the roof. The only independent inspection determined that the cause of the leakes was due to Buffalo Solar faulty engineering, which is why they worked so hard to prevent a trial. Bottom line is his warranty is worthless the homeowner is stuck paying for the damages they cause .
