“Our system went offline lasy year and we were not informed. When our true up bill came in November, as you can imagine, I about fainted because it was over $1,800.00! PG&E told us that our system wasn’t collecting any energy for approximately 4 months during the winter last year. I have been calling Del Sol for weeks asking them to please fiind out why this happened. I have gone through our PGE bills with a fine tooth comb and I have discovered quite a few suspicious anomalies occurring with our system’s energy collection so there is something happening but Del Sol has not responded to our request for assistance. We have had our system since 2016 and we never had any problems until now. We always had a credit left on our true up billl but not this year.
