“My review is solely based on customer experience! We were looking into solar and met with 3 companies, Caballeros being the first we met with. Ray the salesman was very nice, however a few weeks went by and we weren’t getting approved with their programs so we decided to go with another company to install our solar. What I am extremely disappointed in was the constant follow ups that were somewhat extreme! Ray did call/text several times which I understand, but he even sent his co-worker who lives close by to our house to follow up. I thought that was a bit much, a few days later we told Ray we went with another company and thanked him for the follow up. Right after that a more started texting us asking who we went with and to be careful. We had to block the phone numbers because we were over it, but it didn’t stop there! Ray’s nephew called us tonight again we were nice but said we went with another company! I understand because I work in sales in a competitive industry but damn please take the hint! I’m sure they do fantastic work but the constant pressure and nagging was just over the top and really just a red flag for us. “Only place that could give me top of the line panels with the right size to cover maximum area. A lot of places only had big panels resulting in less overall coverage. For example others could only fit 3 big panels in a given area but Caballero could fit 4 smaller ones in that area which resulted in more square footage covered. They can provide big panels too, but I needed 30 small ones with all the angles on my roof. They went through the attic to minimize the amount of conduit that showed. “Caballero’s Electric installed Solar panels and a system about two years ago. During the installation, the installation team was always friendly and courteous. The best part about this company is recently. There was an issue with the panel for my panels. I called Caballero and they were very friendly and quick to send a tech and fix the problem.
