Circle L Solar review

Positive Aspects:

• They Look at the Whole Picture: The firm doesn’t only sell solar panels. They undertake full energy assessments to uncover additional methods to save money, such optimizing ventilation, converting to LEDs, or getting new water heaters to use less energy overall.
• No Aggressive Sales Techniques: Lukas and other reps provide you all the information you need and allow you make your own decision without any pressure. One customer was only advised to get 19 panels for an 80% plan instead of being pushed to buy more.
• Great Service When Things Go Wrong: Even when system issues popped up years later, the company responded quickly and helped get everything back online.
• Customers say they are the “BEST solar and roofing company” because they have great sales, expertise, communication, price, quality, follow-up, and customer service for both solar and roofing projects.

Negative Aspects:

• Monitoring System Hassles: One minor complaint was difficulty getting the SolarEdge monitoring system working. The consumer didn’t understand why it had to be so hard.

Good things:

• Great customer service: This comes up all the time. People say that communication is “excellent,” “outstanding,” “easy,” and “proactive.”
• Professional Installation Crews: Installers like Mike and Sergio get mentioned by name as “fantastic,” “courteous,” “diligent,” and “respectful.” Jobs often get done in just one day, cleanly and smoothly, without causing much disruption.
• Honest, No-Pressure Sales: Sales reps like Lukas and Jared get praised for being “straightforward,” “honest,” and “educational.” They focus on what the customer actually needs instead of using aggressive tactics that are unfortunately common in this industry.
• Problem Solvers: The organization has done a good job of dealing with tough circumstances, such repairing an out-of-code electrical panel while consumers were away on vacation, fixing systems from rivals who left their clients, and correcting problems with installations.

Bad Things:

• Broken Verbal Promises: The biggest criticism is that there is a big difference between what was spoken and what was written. The firm assured the client several times that they would take down and put up the panels for free to fix the roof, but when the time came, they refused and asked for $12,000, alleging there was no written agreement.
• Bills Didn’t Drop as Expected: At least two customers complained their systems didn’t deliver promised savings or eliminate their electric bills. One person with batteries still got a $135 electric bill and felt misled about rebates (which were actually tax credits).

Positive Aspects:

• Holistic Energy Solutions: People like that the organization takes a whole strategy and looks for energy-saving solutions other than simply solar. Some of these choices include HVAC, LED lighting, water heaters, radiant barriers, and insulation.
• Strong First Sales Experience: Customers claim that the salesmen are smart, helpful, and don’t push them too much. They provide clients the information they need to make smart choices and enable them select to install fewer panels than the maximum.
• Quality of Work and Results: Customers note the outstanding quality of work for energy upgrades and that the services lead to measurable results (e.g., lower indoor temperatures in extreme heat) and significant electric bill reductions (one customer saw a negative bill after solar activation).

Negative Aspects:

• Severe Decline in Post-Payment Service: There is a critical and recurring complaint that the level of customer service drops dramatically once the contract is signed and the company receives payment.
• Failure of Monitoring and Follow-Up: The company fails to uphold its promise to monitor systems and be aware of failures. Customers report discovering broken panels themselves, with no prior notification from the company.
• Inability to Obtain Service: Customers experience an inability to get service or answers after the system is installed, reporting being sent straight to full voicemails and receiving “radio silence” after multiple calls, emails, and texts.

Positive Aspects:

Customers liked the company’s service and integrity. They appreciated quick, attentive responses to concerns. The sales team and owner got praise for excellent work.

Positive Aspects:

Good place to work where you get out what you put in. They provide the tools needed to succeed. Benefits are solid, and the executive team is strong.

Negative Aspects:

Some employees mentioned hearing about making $20,000 a month, but that seems rare. Complaints about the company not being able to pay bills or employees. Some say the business was run into the ground and they’re now scrambling to save it. Promised raises in offer letters don’t materialize.

Positive Aspects:

Customers praised service and integrity. Quick, attentive responses to concerns were valued. The sales team and owner received commendation for their work.

People praised the owner and the sales staff for their job.

Things that are good:

• Clear Communication All the Time: Always appreciated, from sales to paperwork to installation.
• People remark that the expert install teams do a “fantastic job” with both the installation and the cleaning. They are also “professional” and “efficient.”
• Strong Administrative Support: People said that Diana, Victoria, and Shelby were “fantastic,” “proactive,” and “organized,” which made getting permits and filling out paperwork “easy and painless.”
• Customers selected them above their competition because they were “honest and skilled.” They are honest about rates and follow through on what they claim they would do. A lot of customers used them more than time and highly suggest them.

Things that are bad:

• Bills Didn’t Go Down: Two customers reported that solar panels “didn’t lower our electricity bill.”
• Roof Damage: One customer reported that the company broke their roof while putting it up, which caused a leak shortly after.
