In August 2023, our solar system began tripping the breaker in our main panel after nearly four years of flawless performance. I contacted Megan. She sent a representative out immediately to troubleshoot the problem which proved more difficult than thought. The Day One Solar team worked persistently to identify the problem, finally making the ultimately correct decision to pull new wire from the main panel to the inverter, which solved the issue.The entire Day One Solar team was dedicated to resolving this problem, which they ultimately did. And this, after four years since our initial installation, which, by the way, they won with the low bid.
