Amir, their Sales Manager is highly responsive and knowledgeable and whatever he says turns out to be accurate; 2. They have a large local office not far from my home (which I visited) where you can meet their talented technical staff; 3. They have a local warehouse where you can actually see the solar panels and related components before they go onto your roof; 4. Everyone who came to my house from the company was highly professional and courteous; 5. The installation was done very smoothly and when it was done they had left the roof without a scratch, not a single piece of debris could be found, and everything they installed looked top-class; 6. Post installation, Amir and Co. continue to be responsive and respond promptly to concerns and questions. “Called Customer Service desk as was attended by Jhoni. I had been promised requested information to be delivered by email during the week of Thanksgiving but I either did not receive it or at best was unable to locate the email in any of the trash, spam or quarantine folders of the Exchange.Jhoni was able to confirm the emails transmission and offered to re-send the information to an email address of my choosing. I received the requested information real-time while on the call and this completely resolved my issue. “Buyer beware! We signed the loan and contracted them to do work recently. The contractors came the first day to work in the attic. Not only did they not remove the old insulation they only put a few inches of Blown in insulation on top of the old insulation and missed large sections where there was no insulation at all. On top of this they were supposed to fix our vents prior to putting in the blow insulation. They did not so we had blown in insulation blowing through all the vents into our bedrooms and bathrooms. Have tried to contact my representative for multiple days now my text messages are not being read. Phone calls are not being returned from my representative or the main office that I called. After four days, I’m assuming that they are just walking away from the job so we have hired another contractor to come and do it. I certainly hope that I do not receive a bill for a loan or unfortunately I will have to get lawyers involved.
