What Do Customers Say About the E Light Electric?

Positive reviews:

“E Light provides great opportunity for advancement, as long as you are willing to work. I have attended the in-house apprenticeship program and have since received both my Electrical Journeymen’s and Electrical Masters License. I enjoy the company culture and team atmosphere.” – Director of Preconstruction ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 23, 2024

“A high percentage of the employees have been with the company for 8 years or more. The company encourages longevity and invests significantly in the development of their employees.” – Apprentice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 28, 2024

Negative reviews:

“I am a licensed, experienced journeyman but often I am doing the work that an Apprentice would do. I have learned solar fields while with this company. Morale is low and often relatives are promoted over skilled workers. The hardest part of my job is getting the materials and manpower needed to complete tasks. I enjoy doing electrical work, especially commercial jobs. I enjoy teaching apprentices new things. I would love to be able to complete a job that shows my talents as an electrician.” – Commercial Electrical Foreman ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 29, 2025

“Disorganized, micro managed, communication is pointless if management doesn’t inform each other what the plan is, oh wait if there is a plan, one of the managers yells violently with clenched fists and curse words at employees, so unprofessional and there really is no recourse it is your fault. Maybe front office doesn’t know this goes on or maybe they do and allow it. I would recommend you find somewhere else to apply as I don’t see this company as a place you will find rewarding or feel like you accomplished something.” – Warehouse Worker ⭐☆☆☆☆ February 10, 2024

Google Reviews

Positive reviews:

“E Light wired an X-ray room for my company. The engineers that came to install our X-ray equipment were super impressed with their work.” – David Haro ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2020

“Great customer service and very involved safety team. Thanks” – Kimberly Johnson ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2018

Negative reviews:

“Very unhappy with E Light Shipping. They told me my box will be here in a week and it’s been over a month now with no clear updates. Every time I enquire, I receive ambiguous answers and hollow promises. Obviously they don’t care about little packaging!! they keep them up forever and send the big orders first!!” – HAMIDA ABDULKADIR ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 2025

“Truck 1213 – no care for any other drivers, reckless, careless, impeding the flow of traffic, then speeding once called out for their bad driving. Looks like it’s a pattern of bad driver with this company. It’s illegal to hangout in the left lane and not pass anyone. For miles and miles, many cars continued to pass on the right but then when I decide to try and pass this driver went faster and then didn’t allow me to go around. What’s the point of being in the left lane then. It’s illegal and you are probably part of the problem with these bad reviews. I will not be doing business with this company. I have a dash cam, recorded you for about 15 minutes and have video proof of your careless driving. Do better.” – Jeff Schumacher ⭐☆☆☆☆ October 2025
