“This company any is fantastic. This was my second time purchasing impact windows from them so I can tell you that the quality of both their product and service was no fluke. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Even the building dept inspector was impressed, no easy task. Every person that I spoke to, for whatever reason, was wonderful. Nothing was too much. Answers were immediate and friendly. Installers were on time, neat, fast and pleasant. I don’t know if they’re the cheapest dealer around. “I rarely write negative reviews. This one deserves it. We had windows installed and I liked the sales guy (who is gone). We are on stilts so our windows are 2 stories up. They broke out many of the windows using a hammer WITHOUT tarps underneath. A year later, I still have glass in my gardens. They said “they had to do it that way.” I have talked to other contractors, and if they have to break the glass, they put a film over the glass so it doesn’t shatter. Also, when they came back, I said, you are not breaking the glass again, correct? They said “no.” I turned my back and the guy was at it with a hammer with glass shards going into my yard again and on my walkway. I started taking pictures and they stopped and started removing the windows correctly. The main foreman was good but could not watch and be there everytime they were at our house.They offered to clean up…how do you clean up shards and I had pieces of glass in my bushes for a year and some were over 6 inches long!The owner, Howard, was stubborn and refused to even believe me although I had many photos. My husband had to talk to him which only frustrated my husband. He was unreasonable.They also ordered the wrong window in one case. I get that. When they had the window, they refused to put it in, because they were too busy which took weeks to complete (at least 6 weeks later).We pay very quickly and well. We are reasonable. It still brings up my blood pressure to think that we had to deal with this guy.I see some other reviews like mine so I would not hire this company.It was the worst contractor I have had to work with in Florida.” – Bonnie S. ⭐☆☆☆☆ January 24, 2023

“I never write a bad review, especially about the service. Everyone needs a job but its essential that they treat everyone with respect even if their views dont match. I did not use the service in the end.I was super excited to meet with Mark because weve been texting back and forth about meeting with the vendor. Mark came out as promised right on time. He did a few measurements and we sat down to talk specifics. He was annoyed that my husband asked him specific questions multiple times. I told him that its completely okay for customers to ask questions especially if we dont know anything about the product and if he was the expert he should try to solve our questions. Something was off and he started yelling at me inside my house that hes so mad hes been this mad in his entire life, in front of my 5yo daughter. He slammed his things in the dining table completely flying out in a fit of rage, walked to his car, screamed at me again and drove off. My daughter was scared and was crying. Later in the afternoon the guy texted back and apologized, said he was having a bad day, something going on in his life personally that he took out on me and my kid. My request to the company: If your sales folks have something going in their lives, dont send them out to give estimates. “We first had solar panels put in our roof six years ago, however, the projection of money saved was not as promised. After a while, we noticed that some of the panels did not seem to be working, so we tried to call the office but could never get hold of anyone which was very frustrating. After some time, we kind of gave up but tried again every now and then and five years later got hold of the boss who apologized and explained there had been restructuring of the company. From then on Howard was very helpful. They fixed the faulty panels and in the course of it, they suggested to add some more panels to help bring the cost down some more and we also asked them to put a roof on in the process.
