Positive reviews:
“Green Sun Energy Servces , LLC Glen , Chris and Karen , did a great job and still are . I got quotes from at least 5 companies and I’m glad I went with Green Sun Energy. They were honest by not selling me what I didn’t need . Explained everything through and most importantly did everything they said they were gonna do on time and efficiently. Do your homework and get quotes and you will find that GSES is the best company to handle all your solar needs . Now that my system is up and running if I have a question they answer me immediately. They haven’t forgotten me because the job is finished.” – jcraig369 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 4, 2018
“The process of working with sales department went very well. Personable and knowledgable staff. Installation went quickly. Permit process went much slower and it takes quite a while for new meter to be installed. Panels have made more energy than we have used since September. SREC application another slow process. Hoping to be issued first ones this month. Proud to have the panels on the roof, and happy to be doing our part.” – jms_lcn ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 29, 2016
Positive reviews:
“Can’t say enough nice things about Green Sun. They took care of every little detail, answered every silly question and arranged everything. Had a big solar array installed and a Generac. I got multiple quotes and whilst they weren’t the lowest price they were very competitive. They offered better warrantees and a better quality product.” – Joe S. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 25, 2024
“My husband and I were so thankful we used Green Sun for the installation of our new generator that a year later (when we decided to move) we used them again! Every member of the crew from first inquiry to final inspection was exceptional. Everyone was very professional, informative and friendly. The communication was amazing — every step of the way. And their prices were more than fair. Green Sun made the entire process wonderfully easy for us. Special thanks to Glen, Karen and Jennifer who became like family.” – Carol C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 29, 2023
Positive reviews:
“A wonderful experience for a complicated project! I would use Green Sun Energy again for any service they provide. They made the generator install as easy and painless as possible. The crew was kind and efficient. Lots to do for an install such as this but they did it quickly, efficiently and were extremely organized. Just how I like it! Thank you so much!! We feel protected for whatever comes our way.” – Jaclyn H. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 2022
“From start to finish, Green Sun Energy was reliable, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. The thought of purchasing and installing a generator was very overwhelming to us, but the team at Green Sun made the entire process smooth and easy to understand, with very minimal effort on our end (which was a huge plus!). Every single person we worked with was so pleasant from the office staff to the electricians and plumbers – they gave us a lot of confidence that the job would be done correctly. We would 100% percent recommend Green Sun to friends and family. Thank you Glen and the whole Green Sun Team!” – Andrea C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2022
Positive reviews:
“Mike at Green Sun did a fantastic job with my generator. We’ve trusted them for year to do maintenance on it and haven’t had a single issue. It starts right up whenever is needed. When Mike came this year to service it, he had great attention to detail, replacing/refreshing all necessary components. I hardly even noticed he was there until he came to the door with the service record. Thanks Mike and Green Sun for everything!” – Alexander Zito ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 2026
“We had our 100 plus year old house soft power washed by John. It looks amazing. Not only is all the green moss gone. Our sidewalk, brick front steps and bluestone patio all look brand new. We appreciated how Green Sun kept us informed about prior preparation and arrival time. We will definitely use them again.” – Kathy Hall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 2026
Negative reviews:
“The most disgusting deplorable front office agent that I have been involved with – I asked them for a quote to have a Generac 22-24Kw Generator installed for my home and all I got was bunch of bullcrap from the lady answering the phone …I know exactly what I wanted for my home but they are hellbent on ensuring that they only know what is right !!!!!. What a disgrace of a company!! Ridiculous…” – K V ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 2026
