Positive reviews:
“Over the years, Mark and Green Power Works has basically rebuilt our condo. Starting with replacing our downstairs floor with tile to gutting our master bathroom to giving our kitchen a major facelift, Mark and his team are excellent craftsmen who leave the place immaculate. The recent woodwork we had done has completely transformed our home. Never did I think I would be over-the-moon about a stair bannister but I am. Mark is not necessarily the cheapest bid you will get but the work executed is worth the price.” – Colleen D. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 18, 2018
“These guys know there stuff. I had a lot of damage to my basement and needed all of my floorboards replaced. They knocked it out in a day. The work was accurate and they left the place cleaner than they found it. The pricing wasn’t the cheapest bid, but certainly not the most expensive. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve since had them out to work on some other project requiring drywall replacement, electrical repairs and was not disappointed. This is my go to company for anything that needs fixing and I can’t recommend them enough.” – Celtic B. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 18, 2011
Negative reviews:
“Im a subcontractor for Mark and he hasn’t payed me for months. He ignores my calls and emails. Very dishonest contractor and I would highly recommend not working with him. Trying to get rich by not paying his subs!” – Arek P. ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 9, 2021
Positive reviews:
“I could not be happier with the work done. Remodeled a few of the bedrooms and work, quality and price was exceptional. Don’t hesitate to work with the team, you will be happy you did!” – Tim Bolton ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 2026
“We highly recommend Green Power Works Inc as Mark and his crew were professional, honest and finished our project/repair in a timely manner. We needed our walk in shower floor removed/replaced that was improperly installed by a different contractor/business and Mark was up front with what needed to be done correctly and kept us updated throughout the entire project. We would trust and use Green Power Works for any future work that we might need down the road. We are completely 100% satisfied with their work and their attention to detail ! Thank you ! Rick and Tricia” – roosty3 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 2025
Negative reviews:
“Absolute worst company out there would not recommend for anyone unprofessional rude and will try to rip you off not somebody you want to do business with!!” – Anthony Luna ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2021
