HB Energy Solutions review

Positive reviews:

“From the initial sales call , through contract signing to final installation of the Tesla batteries , HB Energy provided a smooth and seamless and anxiety free process. The Tesla app is great and keeps me informed about what’s happening to my energy consumption minute to minute. I would certainly recommend HB energy to anyone contemplating a battery back up system.” – ssaksena44 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 6, 2025

“I worked with Liam, Laurie, and the rest of the team at HB to figure out what I needed to install solar panels and a battery for a house that I’m building. Liam was so responsive and helpful at breaking down the pros and cons of different choices, was thoughtful in considering my situation, and able to give me experienced insight when needed. It was so smooth and pleasant to then work with Laurie around arranging the permitting and scheduling of the installation. And now I get to watch how much energy I’m producing on sunny days! I’m very grateful to HB for making this such a smooth process.” – claireankuda ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 11, 2024

Positive reviews:

“Completed an HVAC installation job that was too complex for my local electrician. I was able to pay for and schedule the installation all on amazon.com. Up front pricing with a satisfaction guarantee. Two electricians arrived, and completed the job on the first visit, at the agreed upon price, no games or gimmicks. They were polite, professional, and competent..Way more knowledgeable than the guy from Dompier Electric in Brattleboro- for example the HB Energy guys knew what a PAM-1 voltage relay way, and how to install it, I didn’t have to explain things like that. Dompier electric charged me $75 to do nothing. I went without heat all winter, afraid to get ripped off again, until I found HB on amazon. So glad I don’t have to overpay for bad service anymore when it comes to electricians” – Oliver M. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 15, 2016

Negative reviews:

“This company scheduled an appointment to come and fix a leaking shower when they didn’t show during the specific timeframe i called and asked if there was a problem I was told they could not service my home because of an issue with where I work. There was no phone call to discuss the issue with me until I reached out.” – Sarah G. ⭐☆☆☆☆ August 4, 2026

“Look elsewhere if you have the choice, but if you are out of options make sure you write down the time your technician arrives and leaves, then be prepared to call the office and straighten out the extra time tacked onto your bill. I have used them repeatedly over the years and this is not an isolated incident.” – Travis H. ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 16, 2025

Positive reviews:

“I’ve hired HB for fuel burner install, removal of an old burner, heater installation and smaller plumbing work. They have workers with real knowledge. I’d use them anytime. The office folks are always nice, too.” – Timothy Ness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 2026

“Besides using HB for my propane they recently pumped my septic and helped unclog a drain pipe. Excellent Cutomer Service from George, To Brian, Matt and Ryan. Great Company and People to deal with, Thanks HB” – Roger Cawvey ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 2026

Negative reviews:

“Pretty frustrating experience. No real free estimate unless you do all the legwork yourself, no effort to walk through options, and zero help unless you pay them just to tell you that the burner you want to replace is broken. Not very helpful at all.” – Nathan Daigle ⭐☆☆☆☆ March 2026

“Late last night found out my hot water heater went out. Got up today to go to this place that I used in the past 10 years to get a new one when I first bought my home. Was told by the lady at the front desk this Brian in equipment sales is out on vacation for two weeks. I am in shock. So I guess the place shuts down because he is not there. Not good!!! Installer indicates he installs 50 gallon tanks all the time I would have two or three in stock before this guy’s is on vacation if I was them. Off to Home Depot in Keene I guess.” – Brent Ferra ⭐☆☆☆☆ October 2025
