“Had a service person come to the door yesterday. We live in a neighborhood with no soliciting signs posted at every entrance and a sign on the door. Their door to door person ignored all of this and knocked on the door anyway setting of the dogs waking the sleeping babies. When confronted the door to door salesperson had a very “oh well” attitude. No apologies, no nothing. I had to watch everything on tape to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I didn’t. Additionally the guy did not have credentials to be doing it in our city. She’s still paying double bills, she doesn’t have a PTO , and they didn’t install the two batteries stipulated in the contract. Furthermore, she added more money to her loan with Goodleap, which she also hasn’t received. She’s obviously demanding an urgent response because the situation is unacceptable.
