“Warning, once you sign your papers and make your payments ALL COMMUNICATION STOPS. I had issues from day one. The electrician they used closed their doors and I was having issues with the electrical panel that their employee blew out my main circuit breaker. The. Installed new one incorrectly. “Run dont walk as fast as you can and avoid this company like the plague. They are extremely unprofessional and will make promises they never keep and when confronted they give you the run around and try to blame everyone else. I was promised gift cards back on October 9, 2025 and as of today I keep getting the run around. They will promise you anything and everything just to sell off their solar, they will lie about the installation and send out the most unprofessional installers who sit around and waste time instead of getting the job done. “Ive worked for the company for two and a half years, been from state to state with them as well, and its always fun, from the stuff you learn, to the Managers as people, and most of the employees. The company prioritizes customer service and ensuring people are updated where they need to be and any issues address as soon as possible in the best possible ways. While the hours are long, the employees and many of the pretty cool customers make it all fun and something worth the hours. I learn new stuff everyday from not only the company, but the variety of customers we work with as well! “Teressa kept right on top of things and made sure the installation went smooth. Tim did a great job on analyzing what I needed. Ricardo and Miguel placed the panels as described in the blueprint within a few hours. Demarirae came the next day to check on the work. So in about a week of signing, I have a fixed monthly charge for electricity much cheaper than I was paying the utility company. “Please be aware that this company is highly untrustworthy and scamming people. Just see the numerous other reviews. Their friendly salesperson comes to your home and promises lots of great things. If you hesitate on the deal, their ‘manager/owner’ will talk to you with more incentives and promises. Once you sign the contract and pay money, you will not get what was promised. Your numerous attempts at calling and leaving messages for information, or a simple callback will go unanswered. Good luck to you then. We have filed a lawsuit against them. I started the process in May and here I am starting October still not done and they’re already billing me for the service when they promised that I wouldn’t have to pay till January of 2026 talking to a manager seems to be impossible they keep scheduling stuff nobody calls me nobody answers any questions so frustrating. All the lady Daniel Flores gave me when she came to my house was lies I signed up under deceit because they were not honest and they’re not honoring what they promised. I’m stuck having to pay Edison High summer bills and on top of that smart solar Financial is already billing me for their part as well.
