“We had them replace solar panel brackets that had failed for the second time. We were quoted 1 to 2 hours of labor at $125 per hour. When Kevin called, the charge was $500 — two guys at $125 per hour for 2 hours, even though they were only there for 1.5 hours, and we were never informed we’d be charged for two workers.
