What Do Customers Say About the Nexus Energy Systems?
Positive reviews:
“I used Nexus for my solar installation. They were very organized and professional. I was regularly updated on status. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed the work without issues. I was kept updated on progress throughout the day. About a week later, the city inspection was done and I was up and running.” – Ron S. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 14, 2023
“They did a great job. They were quick to install and they helped us handle all the city paper work. When you file taxes after getting the solar panels installed I recommend going with their cpa. Other cpas did not know how to handle the tax rebate to properly get all the tax benefits including add on the solar panel as depreciation for your following years.” – George C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 19, 2023
Negative reviews:
“I would give 0 star if I could. Worst company ever!! Their customer service is so bad never response after I tried so contact their company many times by phone and email also text messages. My solar panel stopped working last year for 6 month, I tried to contact their customer and I was told no need to worry just wait for the the annual bill by end of the year, but my annual edison bill I had to pay extra 2k, i have contacted their company so many time still not received response or any solution. My in-charge person is Emily xue, her husband John Wang and the director of customer service is Olivia Samuel.” – Kay S. ⭐☆☆☆☆ August 31, 2023
“Worst solar company you can use. Installed my 32 panel system without issue. Then had an issue with my system for two months where it was not producing energy during the summer months. Could not get ahold of anyone to come out and look at the system. Company will not reimburse any of the $2000 Edison bill I got hit with. Don’t make the mistake of using this company. You’ll regret it.” – John R. ⭐☆☆☆☆ April 12, 2023
