Second project started May 2025 and it is still incomplete. Been emailing and calling to get a response from the owner without any response. 1. They have yet to provide me with my check for the time my system was down, which was approximately 6 months. “Installed solar and have never had enough solar to offset my electric bill. Still paying large electric bills. Last year they talked me into purchasing the batteries and those were delivered and they did not reconnect my solar, so now owe over $2000 in electric bills. They do not return calls, do not do the work needed and their customer service is the worst. I have now also been billed monthly for the purchased batteries with no solar. I would like my money refunded on the batteries and my electric bill reimbursed as they promised and have not paid the electric bill. “If you’re interested in getting solar panels definitely do it, but not through On Point Solar. TERRIBLE customer service and communication. I was working with Michael Zurowski and he’s just the worst. Not responsive and will say anything for him to make a sale. He scheduled appointments to come back and redo paperwork with us and just never showed up. He made false promises, and also made working with our lender challenging. “I first contacted OnPoint regarding a roof leak May 1st 2025. I am still waiting on repairs to be done 10 months later. They closed up shop here in Texas and I have found their warranties to be worthless. They only sometimes respond by text as they do not answer phones or even have a working email. I have saved all these text messages in the event we have to pursue legal action. We have our solar loan through Goodleap. They are very nice but unable to help, so we may have to hire an attorney as we may have to pay for repairs out of pocket.
