“I’m sad to give such a low rating, because my initial experience with Paff was GREAT. It was easy to schedule time for an estimate and the company was proactively communicative. This was the third bid I was getting for solar installation, so I had some sense of what to expect. With that in mind, the technician who came out still impressed me. He was patient, informative, and did an outstanding job. He let me know that since it was a Friday and that it was Halloween that I would not get my estimate by the end of that day, but I would receive it Monday instead (Nov. 3). I did not receive the estimate Monday, or Tuesday, so by Wednesday afternoon, I reached out to the company inquiring when I might receive it. Today is Friday, Nov. 21st (3 weeks after the consult) and I have not gotten an estimate, explanation, apology, or an expletive (haha). I was likely to hire Paff even if the bid was the highest one I received and the start date was the furthest away.
