“Recieved my solar panels back in 2019, the rep Marvin was always super accommodating during the process and responsive to any questions/concerns. They regularly check in to see how the system is and if there’s anything needed. System only took a day to install and required no inconveniences on our end (the homeowners). I’ve had issues with my electric company but Polyenergy has always made it their best effort to work with my electric company and resolve issues. “A few months ago I had Mike approach me for multiple things including help with a review, and a referral. He had asked me how I was feeling with my solar and I told him it was still not producing what it should and I still have an overall bill and he made me a million promises to make it right. Well MONTHS later and multiple proof of messages I have yet to receive the referral reimbursement or for him to make good on any promises it’s always “I will find out more and reach out tomorrow” and he never reaches back out. “I have experienced the full spectrum of solar installers on the market. I have found the folk at Poly Solar to be friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional. They came early and stayed late to finish the job. They were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. They even checked with my after the install to make sure my panels were performinig optimaly. They asked for me to send them a copy of my power bill veryfiy my system was fully optimized. When they found out my output was sub-optimal they cut me a check to cover my electric bill and came out and re optimized my system to provide improved output. “Wow! To start installing crew,, showed up in Midland Ga at 10 am. They broke for lunch at 12pm. Returned from lunch at 5:30 pm. With no communication to customer! So I get a hold of a customer service representative and she tried to get some sort of information from the crew! She finally calls me with some sort of communication but it was way off the mark! Finally at 7 pm the crew finished the job! I finally spoke with the director at of operations Moana. She was very apologetic for the communication gap!! But she stated to the sales representative that sold the panels. That she was in contact with me and we were buddies and I was just very squeaky wheel! I am not sure she knew that the sales representative shared her email with me! So, we go live and lord and behold we have a problem with the panels! Go figure!! So Poly sent a different crew out to troubleshoot this problem and they were able to configure the panels correctly! I am very disappointed with Poly and their supporting service!! So I would say that anyone that takes a chance with Spartan solar sales side and Poly installation and service side to really think twice!! We were given an opportunity to consult our tax preparer before committing without hassling or pressuring us to to make a quick decision. The installation went rather smoothly and everyone was very helpful. Our solar system is producing right on target and my first full month utility bill after install was a negative $-91.36!! “They have the worst customer service. Repeated calls to and messages left to have a returned call netted nothing. The calls were to get an answer as to why my electric bill had skyrocketed.
