They do an excellent job in first call resolution by sending a technician and following up on service resolution issues. Their immediate response rate reflects good customer satisfaction, and their tone and language is professional and caring. The solar panels appear to be of good quality and high efficiency rate. Their range on a cloudy day generates 305.8 kWh and on a sunny day 1,408.7 kWh. There are some deficiencies. I believe Solar Smart Living lacks in knowledge of Tesla’s technology. After its installation, problems were encountered with logging onto the Tesla App. This was successfully resolved, however Tesla offers multiple graphs that are very helpful in learning how solar energy is monitoring our home. What has been an unresolvable problem is that only the kWh can be seen. After numerous attempts at troubleshooting, the graphs are nowhere to be seen. Three months of troubleshooting, and still no graphics. This has been extremely dissatisfying for me when I think of how much money spent on these panels. Included in troubleshooting was to purchase from Solar Smart Living an additional router for $85. That additional router created more problems than it solved because it interfered with my Xfinity router. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. Customer waiting time is a bit frustrating when the main phone number has a number that has yet to be “set up” to receive messages. Finally, in trying to reach Mr. Alan Morgan, I received an artificially intelligent generated response leaving me to conclude that Mr. Morgan is a Ghost CEO. Their rep came and explained process and benefits, checked roof taking measurements and looking for any potential problems.
