“I purchased solar panels last year from this company. They got them up and running in October of 2024. In May of 2025 i had 12 solar panels stop working. I contacted them about this issue and they still have not fixed the problem. Mutiple phone to them every time I get they’re waiting on a date from the technician to give them a date when they can get out to replace the solar panels. Stop sending people to our house, especially salesmen like Ryan, who shows up at your house without accurately representing who he is, attempts to make his reason for being here urgent (“I need to speak with the homeowner, it’s important. I’m from the net metering company.”), and refuses to answer any further questions you might have trying to figure out who he is and what he wants – demanding to speak only to the homeowner (after being informed the homeowner doesn’t speak English well).
