“I would not recommend the post-installation customer service. My aunt bought a home that had solar panels installed by this company. The previous owner left the installation contract for her and told her to call this company if she ever had problems with the solar panels system. However, every time I’ve tried to help her call them for help, it has been a painful process getting help and answers. Earlier this summer, one of the components in her system was malfunctioning and her electricity bill increased a lot. I tried calling a few times and ended up having to leave a message on the answering machine. I waited for one week for a callback and ended up having to call them again myself. Now most recently, my aunt needed to repair the roof, so I called to see if they could do a removal and a reinstallation. Surprisingly, someone picked up the phone the first time I called. However, they didn’t have a quote ready and needed to call me back the next day. Again, I didn’t get a callback and had to call them myself after two business days. I got to speak to their receptionist but she needed to go pull my file and asked to put me on hold. Instead of being put on hold, she hung up the phone and I spent over an hour and half calling back trying to get back in touch with their receptionist company. No one picked up the phone for that entire time and at one point, the phone only rang twice before I was sent to voicemail, which makes it seem like I was being sent there intentionally. On top of all of that, I still haven’t had any of my questions answered. I hope to see a callback eventually, if only to have my questions answered.” – Michelle N. ⭐☆☆☆☆ October 28, 2025

“During the initial installation, they couldn’t figure out how to set up their solar edge program on our existing router, they had to lie to my older age mom that my router is bad and that’s why they couldn’t set up the program they wanted us to buy a new one. Well if their program requires a new router shouldn’t the price be included? The “”bad router”” that they claim is about to go out soon is still working as of now two years later lol. That left me a very bad taste in my mouth, I really don’t like them already. Now second year comes around, the power converter broke in second year of use. It broke on the hottest summer days and basically they said we gonna have to just wait for the warranty part to come in, and the money we lose on electric on the hottest days were just bad luck for us. My $1000 electricity bill is gone due to my bad luck on power inverter, and as of now, electric bill is still higher than the first year when everything was working well…now it wasn’t the same anymore, don’t know why. “Was debating and studying about solar for years. Finally decided to go with True Power Solar (TPS) for solar upgrades. We did that back in 2022 to catch the Solar NEM 2.0 without battery pack. The process was long because of City & SCE approval n inspection. But the actual installation was done within 3 days. Very efficient! Up until today, the solar system is running like a champ. Ana, the receptionist, was extremely nice and timely with any responses and made sure I was understanding every step of the process. “If I can give no stars I would! I dont recommend this company at all!! We added an addition to our home & its been almost two years and still not complete! They keep sending different workers all the time half of them don’t even know what they are doing. They promised you one thing and do completely different. Our kitchen, bathroom and one of our rooms gets completely wet when it rains. Isn’t the roof supposed to be connected to the addition being added to the home?
