We had a visit from the permit department that warning us that we would be in violation since we were well past our time for inspection. Vinyasun is unresponsive and has no pull with Sun Power. “Vinyasun does not honor their contract. They will blame everyone else other than what they promised. They promise a certain amount of energy, and when it doesn’t deliver – it must be the monitoring system, or the app, or blah blah blah. Bottom line? Go elsewhere. Just do a simple Yelp or BBB search. “We just had Vinyasun replace defective inverters (not their fault) in our first solar array and when doing so they identified and corrected errors in the panels installed by 2 other companies. I knew something was wrong but the other companies never figured it out. Justin was great at explaining what was going on and now we are up and running at full power. “The installation took a couple of days. There was no power outage during the job, and the workmanship is great. The FPL rep who came out to install the new net meter was impressed with the workmanship that Vinyasun does and had also signed up to get solar with them. “Had a load/surge problem with FPL, which effected the solar/tesla system. I texted Justin, he called me and we tried to diagnose the problem for about 2 hours, to no avail. The tesla battery back-up was luckily fully charged. And we were on battery from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am Monday morning. Called the Tesla support number, they diagnosed the problem and advised that I call FPL. “I picked Vinyasun because of all the companies I researched they seemed like the most knowledgeable. They also had a 20 year warranty and they would monitor my system. It worked good for several months and then my electric bills started getting higher. I contacted Justin about the problem several times but he ignored me. After several years of complaining he finally did something to fix the problem but it is still not right. Other people in the area are paying around $40 a month for electric and I am paying $130. Justin is again ignoring my complaints. The customer service in this company is the worst I have ever experienced. I paid $45,000 for my system and feel I have been totally scammed. I also had to have my plumber look at the water heater they sold me because it just did not do the job. I was told that the water heater they sold me was not suitable for my needs and it was not installed properly. They reinstalled it and it works much better now.” – Kathy Kessler ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2024
